Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for April 10^th, 2026, at the project site. 

The Government of Grenada intends to finance the construction of the St. Giles Anglican Primary School, St. Andrew. This project is geared towards enhancing the sector’s ability to improve the quality of educational infrastructure, in keeping with the Governments goal of providing safe, resilient and conducive learning environment.

The Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Utilities, Civil Aviation and Transportation invites suitable Contractors to participate in this tendering process. The works include, but are not limited to the following:
1.
The Construction of a two-story building that will contain eleven (11) classrooms, a library, a computer room, multi-purpose spaces and administrative accommodations.
2. External Works comprising of pavement and parking area, site drainage, perimeter fencing, road repairs and wastewater treatment facilities.
3.
MEP Installation including Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning
