Activity Title:
The Preparation of Condition Assessment of the Building Envelope of The Financial Complex Building, Carenage, St. George’s.
Details:
- The Government of Grenada through the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Utilities Civil Aviation and Transportation intends to engage consultancy firms to undertake a detailed condition assessment and designs for the building envelope of the Financial Complex Building, consultants shall be required to prepare an evidence-based report on the condition and performance of the building envelope system and components, identifying, problematic and dysfunctional elements.
- The firm shall be required to make appropriate recommendations for conservation, repair and maintenance. Additionally, the assessment is expected to align with the Government’s overarching goal of balancing public safety, climate resilience, functionality and preservation of the local heritage. Payments by the GOGR will be made only at the request of the Ministry of Infrastructure, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement.
- The Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Utilities, Civil Aviation and Transportation (hereinafter called “Client”) now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): The Preparation of Condition Assessment of the Building Envelope of The Financial Complex Building, Carenage, St. George’s. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).
