The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Skills & Innovation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include a consultancy to improve the articulation of pathways from secondary to post-secondary and to identify barriers faced by young men in accessing post – secondary education. The project is being implemented during the period 2024 to 2030, and the successful candidate is expected to commence duties in February 2026.
