The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Skills & Innovation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the development or enhancement of four competencybased post-secondary program curricula that will equip learners with the skills necessary to meet emerging labor market demands based on four priority sectors. The four programs should be tailored to suit the structure and needs of the beneficiary institutions: T.A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) and New Life Organisation (NEWLO).

Green skills (such as ecosystem management, pollution prevention, and solar systems engineering) must
be emphasized in the programs to support the transition to low-carbon economies, particularly on how to use low-carbon technologies and innovative business models. The duration of the consultancy is twenty-one (21) months over a twenty-four (24) month period, and the expected start date is July 2026.
