The Ministry of Climate, The Environment & Renewable Energy now invites quotations from eligible Contractors for the Retrofitting of Office Spaces to accommodate Ministry of Climate Resilience at the GIDC Building, with a works period of 2 Months.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (Request for Quotation) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property 2018.

GOG now invites quotations from eligible bidders for the Retrofitting of Office Spaces to accommodate Ministry of Climate Resilience at the GIDC Building. The renovation works include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Demolishing sheetrock partitions and floor carpets

2. Supply and install gypsum partitions comprising intermediate panels, end panel and face panel; include for all tracks, studs, mudding and taping.

3. General Supply and Installation of furnishing, fixtures and equipment.

Interested eligible Bidders are requested to register, submit quotes, and address any queries, through the following portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/GND/aspx/Home The Bidding document will be made available June 19th, 2026. The Quotation document shall be submitted in English.

The deadline for bid submission is July 10th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. No Hard Copy submission would be accepted. All Bids will be submitted electronically.

Late Bids will be rejected.
