The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Resilient Renewable Energy Infrastructure Investment Facility (CEGEB) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Electronic Office Equipment.

The Ministry of Climate Resilience, The Environment & Renewable Energy now invites quotations from eligible Suppliers for the Procurement of; Headphones (14), Projector & Screen (1), Video Conferencing Camera (1), Printers (3) with a delivery period of 2 Months.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (Request for Bids) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: PROCUREMENT IN INVESTMENT PROJECT FINANCING Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services   (“Procurement Guidelines”) September 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible Bidders are requested to register, submit quotes, and address any queries, through the following portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/GND/aspx/Home The Bidding document will be made available July 3rd, 2026. The Quotation document shall be submitted in English.

The deadline for bid submission is July 24th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. No Hard Copy submission would be accepted. All Bids must be submitted electronically.

Late Bids will be rejected.
