The Ministry of Health is the Executing Agency of this Project and now wishes to procure consultancy services for the Development of Grenada’s National Digital Health Strategy and Implementation Roadmap.

The objective of the consultancy is to support the Ministry of Health to develop:

1. a National Digital Health Vision

2. a National Digital Health Policy

3. a National Health Enterprise Architecture; and

4. a phased and costed National Digital Health Implementation Roadmap

To guide the digital transformation of the health sector in Grenada in alignment with national health priorities, service delivery needs, institutional capacity, available and potential resources, and international best practice. The consultancy shall also provide a practical implementation framework addressing governance, interoperability, data governance, privacy and security, institutional strengthening, workforce capability, change management, and sustainability. The consultancy will integrate environmental resilience, gender equality and social inclusion principles and approaches throughout the conduct of the assignment.

The Ministry of Health now invites interested eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of these consultancy services.
