The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Data
for Decision Making (DDM) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include undertaking an institutional assessment of the Central
Statistical Office (CSO) to identify organizational gaps, review existing structures, and recommend an
optimal organizational model that strengthens institutional effectiveness, governance, and data production
capacity. The assignment also involves developing a new organizational structure, human resource strategy,
and change management framework aligned with international statistical standards (GSBPM, GAMSO).
