Name of Project: Strengthening Resilient Water Resources Management in the Eastern Caribbean (W4R) Project
Contract Title: Procurement of Irrigation Equipment and Pond Liner

1. The Government of Grenada has received financing from Global Affairs Canada in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) toward the cost of the Strengthening Resilient Water Resources Management in the Eastern Caribbean (W4R) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Irrigation Equipment and Pond Liner.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Lands and Forestry now invites bids from eligible Suppliers for the Goods described in ANNEX 1: Purchaser’s Requirements, attached to the PIT document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Public Invitation to Tender (PIT) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act & Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information and all the relevant
documents from the Project Focal Point, Joseph S. Noel, at joseph.noel@moa.gov.gdduring office hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

5. The PIT document in English Language may be requested by interested eligible Suppliers via e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned above. The document will be sent in PDF and Word format by e-mail.

6. Bids are to be submitted using the forms attached at ANNEX 1 and ANNEX2 of the PIT in hard copies in a sealed envelope to the address given below or in PDF format via the Central Procurement Unit’s e-procurement platform. 7. The deadline for submission of Bids is Friday, 23rd October 2026 at 3:00p.m. (Eastern Caribbean Time). Late submissions will be rejected.
