The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean Project (UBEC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the consulting services for the Support with development of regulation on minimum mesh size.
The primary objective of this assignment is to provide the Ministry of Blue Economy and Marine Affairs with an evidence-based, stakeholder-informed evaluation, findings and recommendations for introducing additional technical measures into the big eye scads seine net fishery to reduce the capture of juveniles.
