The Central Procurement Unit
The Central Procurement Unit (CPU) is established within the Ministry of Finance as the operational arm of the Procurement Board responsible for centralizing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
Under the authority of the Procurement Board, the CPU serves as a key institution in Grenada’s procurement framework, ensuring that public procurement is conducted efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with the law.
The CPU is responsible for executing the operational functions of the Procurement Board by ensuring transparency, efficiency, and value for money in public procurement.
