Debarred Suppliers
The Procurement Board may debar a supplier from participating in procurement proceedings where it is proven that the supplier has:
- Committed an offense under the Procurement Act or an offense related to procurement under another law of Grenada
- Has breached a procurement contract which the supplier is a party to
- Has given false information on qualifications in procurement proceedings
- Refused to enter into a written procurement contract
- Unable to furnish a tax compliance or NIS compliance certificate
- Been declared bankrupt by a relevant authority.
To date the Procurement Board has not debarred any supplier as a result of the above.
