The Central Procurement Unit Grenada

The Government of Grenada has introduced a system of procuring its goods, works and services, and disposing of its assets, with the passing of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act in 2014, and Regulations in 2015.

The Act provides for the procurement of goods, works, and services by all public entities including Ministries and Departments, Statutory Bodies, Boards and Commissions.

Six (6) simple steps:

    Browse through the list of items available for auction and identify the one you wish to bid on.

  • Step 2

    Place your bid amount, contact number, and address in a sealed envelope.

  • Step 3

    Clearly write "Bid for Vehicle Registration Number" on the outside of the sealed envelope.

  • Step 4

    Address the envelope to: The Chairman of the Public Procurement Board, Ministry of Finance, 2nd Floor, Galleria Mall, Grand Anse.

  • Step 5

    For queries or to view the item, contact the responsible Ministry or the Central Procurement Unit at 437-3797.

  • Step 6

    Submit the sealed envelope with your bid to the address provided in Step 4.
